I'v emailed several times and called and cannot get a hold of anyone and have not received any responses to the question about returning the item. It does not fit what we need and would like to return.

We are delighted with our 3-skewer rotisserie, bringing a bit of Brazilian tradition the USA. How come me we never heard of it before? It was delivered on time, extremely well packed and required next to no assembly. We fired it up and, of course, had to experiment with "Picanha". Memories of Brazil (and Argentina) came flooding back !!! Our one minor complaint is that the gas line sticks out so far, we would have liked an elbow fitting so that the gas line would go down vertically to the cylinder in the cart below.

The baskets fit nicely in the equipment. My wife tested drive it and she liked the results.
