I've ordered online did not receive product. I've called asked for customer service, did not get with anybody. Left message for customer service. I called for salesperson, did not get anybody. Left message for salesperson. My husband is going to make the skewers that we need because we have had the product for months and no skilers.

This thing is absolutely perfect!

I got the basic 2 skewer model and tried some Bahamian Seasoned Wings on there. With a little bit of olive oil, they came out crisp-skinned and amazingly flavorful. Love this addition to my kitchen toys.
