I found the site difficult to navigate when seeking to order a yearly package for my grand daughter. Package contents were not clear to me and when I placed my order I still wasn’t sure what my grand daughter will actually receive

Shipping updates are sent and our box has always arrived as scheduled and it perfect condition. Customer service was helpful the one time I had a question and reached out to them.

I do have a suggestion. The Ludo books and fluffy I sent as gifts were delivered but neither recipient knew who sent them. It would be helpful if and option "as a gift from" whomever orders was included or at the very least listed on the shipping tag. I think it's awesome Brave Books participated in the ccc fund raiser. I know the kids, their families and the organization are greatful as well as the Souza family for your support.
