It’s an amazing product. Much needed for this generation. Trying to be constructive. The customer service leaves much to be desired. The fact that you can’t contact a real person needs to be addressed.

Oh my! I am very disappointed my concerns haven't been addressed regarding the missing ticket and how to open the treasure chest. I wanted to surprise my daughter with Dry Bone Island Treasure this Friday. . . I txted the same day I received my order and the texter was very prompt & mentioned I should email customer support so I did same day on Dec 18. I understand it is a busy time of year. . I received an email back several days later but no advisement on missing ticket. I asked re return policy & clicked link I was sent only to find out since it has been over 72 hours I am not able to return it. I am still waiting a response. Please advise. Thank you. .

I was watching my grandbabies, ages 4 and 6. This show came on and I saw that it was Kirk Camron. I was doing laundry so I was going back and forth not paying attention to the program, we went on to eat breakfast. , played outside, did other things then later that day I said "what do you guys want to watch and they yelled "Iggy & Mr. Kirk" Me: What is that? so this time I sat down and watched with them. Wonderful - very needed for kids today (and adults, myself included) Thank you for what you do!!

I received it in time for Christmas, and it was a big hit! We are all looking forward to diving into the adventures!

All of the brave books address character traits and relate them to biblical principles. The best part is the games we play at the end to drive home the lesson for that particular book.

Great experience from Brave Books staff. I appreciated the input when asking staff about what books would be suitable for the particular age of my very young grandson. This was a Christmas gift and I also appreciated the gift bag that the books came shipped in which was suitable for giving without rewrapping. I will shop with Brave Books again.

Customer service wasn't poor, it was nearly non-existent. In today's day & age, customer service matters. Look at Brave's reviews on Facebook and elsewhere. Horrendous. What this tells us, is that Brave's investors and founder, are largely in for pure profits. Plain and simple. The material is great, but if you need assistance, there is a "shotty" chance at getting any.
