Ordered from the website and they arrived two days later, excellent service.

Great product. The shipping however was not traceable. The DHL number that was given still said that it was “processing” the day it was actually delivered. I had no idea they were on their way.

I was glad to receive the headphones. However, I was initially told they would be here on Monday after ordering on a Friday. I had to dreadfully track these headphones moving from state to state (east coast to west coast) each day and finally receiving them a week later
