It’s a lovely and well made hat but too small for my head (and I don’t have a large one) so with the silk lining it just keeps popping off every time I pull it down. A real shame.

I was so excited to try this brand, as it seems there are only glowing reviews and I've been struggling for years to figure out my fine curls. However, after experimenting with a combination of Boucleme products and mixing individual items with my regular hair styling products, I don't think this brand is going to work for me. This is probably for the best since I don't love depending on products shipped from overseas. Still, I will continue to admire the glorious curls of your other customers! The scents are really nice!

The product I ordered had leaked all over the box. I reached out to Customer Support twice and never heard back.

Très déçue par ce bonnet. À la réception, il dégageait une forte odeur chimique désagréable. Dès le premier lavage à la main (à peine trempé !), il s’est mis à pelucher de partout, comme s’il avait 10 ans. La qualité est vraiment médiocre. De plus, le bonnet est censé être adapté aux cheveux bouclés, donc volumineux, mais la doublure en soie est beaucoup trop petite et mal conçue. Produit totalement raté, je ne le recommande pas du tout. Very disappointed with this beanie. It had a strong chemical smell right out of the package. After the first gentle hand wash (barely soaked), it started shedding everywhere, as if it were 10 years old. The quality is really poor. It’s supposed to be suitable for curly, voluminous hair, but the silk lining is way too small and poorly designed. Completely failed product — I do not recommend it at all.

This is the best brand I’ve found for my curly hair. I use cleanser, conditioner, hair cream and styling gel and my curls look amazing. Always special offers on these products too.

NO STARS. A total scam company. Stay away. The title of my review says it all. Placed an order for a supposedly “in stock” hat for my wife. I was charged immediately, but no shipment of the hat. After a long while, order status changed to “Fulfilled. ” I checked tracking number with a shipping company I’ve never heard of. Tracking says the shipper is still waiting to receive the merchandise. So I write to Bouclème customer service and attach a screen shot of the tracking information that says no item ever received. Crickets in response. Now I have to have American Express reverse the charges and my wife will miss out on a gift she really wanted.

I love this shower cap! I didn’t know I needed it until I used it & honestly, I am not going back! I would 100% recommend. The size is great and the open-ended adjustable wire closure helps me adjust the size of the shower cap depending on the size of my type 4 hair; shrunken state or stretched out afro. The satin lining is perfect for maintaining my coils. Overall, a beautiful and effective product.

You are complete and utter scam artists. I will be filing an Action fraud report when I am back from holiday. You not sending the hat I ordered may have been a mistake. Your total lack of contact is deliberate. You should be ashamed

My order came within 24 hours. Loved the packaging and the inside bottom of the box made me laugh.

Fast shipping but product ingredients created extra frizz and overall product didn't deliver on results or actions (forming a soft cast on hair for example) as in the descriptions. I like the values in softer ingredients but not the results on my head! Have walked around with a few bad hair days testing out these products.

Always use Boucléme products, they have a lovely mild perfume, and suit my hair well.

Every once in a while I try a different brand, and I’m always disappointed. I come back to Boucleme time after time because they have a superior product.
