Item ordered for the holiday with $28 express shipping charge paid. The website is a “US” site and nowhere does it say the item is located internationally. Needless to say, shipping took two weeks and the item arrived after the holiday. I have emailed customer service twice asking for follow up. No response.

The formula for the seal conditioner has changed. I have been using Boucher conditioner for years and I’m really sad that it is now runny and no longer suits my curls.
