I purchased the curl conditioner and gel as recommended for my cult type. The products failed to define curls or control any frizz.

I had tried to contact you to return product. The curl crème at any amount made my hair go straight after a few hours . So I tried the gel that I got as well and still not controlling enough.

I love both shampoo and conditioner. Gives my hair curls and waves without weighing it down and it doesn't look like straw any more great definition. But getting the conditioner out of the bottle is such a challenge as the bottle is so hard it can't be squeezed. . . a redesign please. Great service and delivery.
