I've used these products for a few years. My hair and scalp both like them. I use mainly the curl defining gel, and then the super hold styling gel scrunched in after styling to give extra hold and control. I always get compliments on how my hair smells. Sometimes I try other products, but I keep coming back to these.

I am missing 2 products from my order and it’s been a week waiting for customer service to get this corrected. I love the products but customer service turn around time is lacking. Still have not gotten a response on how it’s getting resolved!!! Just that they are looking into it. Frustrated to say the least
