Thought it would take longer to deliver. Came in time well delivered.

The conditioner changed to be a lot more fluid than it used to be. Also the smell was nicer before, this one even smells a bit oldish. The shampoo doesn't clean my hair very well. The smell is great. Shipping and everything else was great!

The packaging is great and shipping was perfectly fine.

Really happy with my products however a little booklet with instructions on how to use it would help as I had to Google each stage and how to revive my curls The products are lovely and I would recommend them i will buy again

Your products are very good, without a doubt. Your customer service ought to match your products. Plus you when you have offers you withhold many of the products by displaying them as out of stock Speaking of which the seal and shield gel has been out of stock for more than 3 months now. it is a shame that your customer service lied and misled when I queried about, Luckily I found it elsewhere and bought my stock. Finally the rewards points how can we use them if you are blocking them. what a con.

Ordered weeks ago and not received product. Contacted company 2 days ago and not received a response.

Excellent products and great results, as described. They are delicate on the scalp, leaving my 2c/3a curly hair soft and shiny. I brought the Fragrance Free Cleanser and Conditioner and the the Super Hold Styler Gel, I ordered everything on line, the delivery was on time and in perfect condition. Thank you!!!
