The Bonsai came so quickly that I was amazed. It was in great shape and I followed directions and kept it out of direct sun for 7 days. It is now part of my Japanese Garden. I will keep it outside, but if we do get a rare freeze, it can come into the garage or house. I will definitely shop Bonsai Outlet again.

The plant I received is exactly as pictured and even looks better in person than the photo. You don’t appreciate the size and beauty of a plant when you only see a photo. The plant arrived exceptionally well-packaged for shipping, and when I unboxed it, it was beautiful and healthy.
