Product looks as advertised. Even glaze w accurate color. Paid for wire/mesh and soil upgrades. Mesh was pre-installed, which was nice. Great for juniper bonsai.

The yellow pot was perfect for my feather acacia tree. It's not the butter yellow the photo showed, but it's a great match work my pot my pink pixie bougainvillea lives in. The pots from Bonsai Outlet are always high quality and delivered with care.

This is a great piece of material! The nebari is great and it was much more mature than the photos on the site! Which was great! I did move it into a pond basket to grow more as it was in a pretty small training pot.

My bonsai arrived almost 3 weeks ago. It lost very few leaves while adapting to its new environment and I found the instructions for initial and continued care. Two days ago I brought it to my office and it is thriving! This morning I noticed a couple of new leaves growing! Only thing that would make it better is a pamphlet about how to trim it to keep it healthy, like the water/soil one that came with it. However, I could look this up.

Great quality materials

Good plant as ordered, and they arrived in great condition.

My bonsai is very happy after my repotting. Thank you for you great product.
