The trees were carefully packaged, and one arrived in perfect condition. There was damage to the other, but I received excellent customer service and a great resolution - they are shipping a replacement once the weather clears.

I ordered this Bonsai Tree as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so it was very cold outside during the delivery process. It was well-packed but still, it had lost almost every leaf and I was sure it was dead. Customer service assured me that new leaves would sprout within a couple weeks (I had my doubts). But lo and behold, a month later it has many many new leaves and we are delighted with the tree’s resilience.
