Have ordered many tools from the on-line store. The tools and equipment always arrive quickly and in great order. The Kikuwa brand has proven to be an excellent tool and a pleasure to work with. One concern about the store however and this may be due to item popularity, is that there always seems to be a lot of "out of stock" items. Maybe an alert when you log in that states which stock has just been replenished. Thank you, Bonsai-en is a great experience from tools to videos.

The Professional grade Kikuwa shear with the adjustable hinge screw are exactly wat I was looking for. The ability yo adjust tension and disassemble to clean and sharpen are a huge improvement over hard riveted shears. The price, speed of shipping (international) , and communication were all great from Bonsai-en. I will return for future purchases.
