Dealing with Bonsai-En was very easy and simple. Whilst I had a couple of days to wait for stock to arrive the email notification when stock is available was an excellent idea. Ordering on line was simple and delivery time was only a couple of days by Australia post. Overall I was very satisfied by the service I received.

Great shipping all the way from Australia to the UK cannot complain. Very pleased waited longer for deliveries in the UK.
