Shipping was great! I coincidentally let the young man delivering my boxes into my building while I was picking up another package from the lobby, and he made sure to take a photo for proof of delivery.

Bokksu has been great! I just received my order today and everything was DELICIOUS. My order took a month to arrive, but Yumi and Ruth were very kind in helping me and giving me the tracking information I needed. The team was also helpful when I was having difficulties applying my coupon code. All in all, A+ Customer service and A+ treats. Thank you!

This was a great way to share traditional snacks and treats from Japan with our friends. It was also fun to discover new things.

Service was good and shipping came on time

I had an issue regarding shipping but was pleased with the quick response in tracking my box and explaining the process.

The products inside were fresh and delicious. I really enjoy that. There were two of most of them, so if you really like something, you get another bite. There where some substitutions in the box, but they were as delicious as the originals looked.

We haven’t had the chance to try everything yet, but what we have had has been great. The shipping took a while due to the holidays, but all my questions to customer service were answered quickly and kindly, so I didn’t mind the wait. The package was in great condition when delivered, so overall a great experience overall.

My order had been delayed for a little over a month, but I believe that was a fault on my end; I ordered when it was really busy, so I didn't get my order until Monday 01/05/2025. Even so, I did receive very quickly, once it shipped, so I have no complaints.

My order of a giant box of snacks was processed and shipped quickly. A nice assortment of all kinds of snacks. Given as a gift and recipient was delighted.

Really late receiving. Issues with the Post Office or the Pony Express. The customer service was very good.

I enjoy every box I have ever purchased from Bokksu and this is no exception. Wonderful gifts such as the scarf with imagery of the year of the horse, yummy sweet and savory treats, and such a wide variety of sweet and tangy flavors. It’s worth the price to see my wife smile so big.
