My order had been delayed for a little over a month, but I believe that was a fault on my end; I ordered when it was really busy, so I didn't get my order until Monday 01/05/2025. Even so, I did receive very quickly, once it shipped, so I have no complaints.

My order of a giant box of snacks was processed and shipped quickly. A nice assortment of all kinds of snacks. Given as a gift and recipient was delighted.

Really late receiving. Issues with the Post Office or the Pony Express. The customer service was very good.

I enjoy every box I have ever purchased from Bokksu and this is no exception. Wonderful gifts such as the scarf with imagery of the year of the horse, yummy sweet and savory treats, and such a wide variety of sweet and tangy flavors. It’s worth the price to see my wife smile so big.

Service is great!

Shipping took 4 weeks to CA. I was concerned about the freshness of the food since it took that long. I ordered 9 different items. Some items had expiration dates but none had expired. Everything that I ordered tasted very good. I love the packaging, so cute.

I love my Bokksu subscription. The snacks are always good and I have to protect them from scavenging friends. I like to try one each day but sometimes they are so good… I’ve also gotten many non-snack items from Bokksu and have always been satisfied with the quality/price. Also I have given Bokksu gift boxes and they are always a hit! Even with all the crazy issues with tariffs and shipping in the last year (2025), Bokksu has come through without issues and the prices have stayed pretty much the same.

I got the snack box as a gift for my boss, as she loves to try new things. The snacks seemed to be good quality and packaged nicely! I appreciate how good their customer service was to work with, and I would definitely order from this company again!

I bought two snack sets as Christmas gifts and both became the highlight of our unwrapping on Christmas Day. The variety of snacks and the wonderful packaging were a hit!
