When I found the system I needed for my job (Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 it took me time to finally make that purchase. I worked with Brian who was very patient with me and listened to my needs. After purchasing the tablet it needed a piece of software to make the cell service work properly. I was transferred to TJ who remoted into my tablet and found the problem and resolved it. I do like the fact that the warranty and extended warranty will be covered by them and not a 3rd party vendor. I am extremely pleased with the decision to purchase from Bob Johnson's Computer and it was worth the time to do the research to find them.

I had a wonderful shopping experience... staff was helpful and their DIY videos are informative. The LCD screen came very well packaged and in great condition.

I've been interested for years in buying a Panasonic Toughbook but hesitated to get a new one due to the relatively high price. The refurbished offerings with chosen options through Bob Johnson's Computers worked with respect to my personal budget. I thus ordered a CF-33. I've had it now for about two weeks and have found it runs well for my needs. Communication during the ordering process went smoothly, and delivery went well. I've also found several videos on the Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff YouTube channel to be helpful. Anyone trying to decide on a rugged laptop/tablet business to work with may also find the Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff Facebook page to be helpful. Have yet to get a sim card for cellular activation but otherwise I'm quite pleased with all the installed options. I'm used to needing an external optical drive from working with some servers so the greater miniaturization capable through its omission is a plus, not a negative. So many interfaces in a small "box"; I'm thankful for the retention of a serial port I need. Wonderful help from Bob's people on selecting model and options!

As expected, this Rugged Extreme tablet had seen some tough times before it reached me. Why else get one? Absolutely no deal breakers about it, and Bob's price for this configuration was fantastic. Battery capacity seems to be very good according to published specs. Staff was personable and quick to respond to my questions.

I work in automotive so I needed a computer that could handle an environment with lots of dust and the occasional dirty hand on the keyboard. I did not want to pay thousands for a new ruggedized computer so I chose this scratch and sent model. It arrived almost like new, just a few dings and scratches here and there but otherwise perfect. The battery holds a decent charge and it’s fast for what I need it to do. However, I did replace the stock spinner hard disk with a 1TB SSD to help the sped a little bit. I highly recommend Bob’s Computer for refurb toughbooks. I will shop here again.

The shopping is great products are awesome!!! Tech support not so much. When I email them thru their support page I will get an initial response to my question but if you have further questions they may or may not respond even when you return several emails.

Excellent costumer service

I bought this for my husband for our 11th wedding anniversary. He’s been looking for a computer/tablet rugged enough to handle the environment of his woodshop as well as detachments. He is use to the Toughbook platform, using CF-31’s in the military. So when he saw that there was a 2 in 1 Toughbook, he could not stop hinting how this mighty little computer was “thee one”. Boy is it ever! I’m kind of jealous of how nice this thing is! It meets all his requirements and is gast as lightning. It also has the added feature of a contactless CAC reader and the ability to add a SIM card, which has been extremely nice to have internet on the go, wherever there’s 4g cell service. Now I just need to figure out how to acquire it from him…or I’ll just have to get my own.

The service is great, prices are good and your video's make it easy to obtain replacement parts and install them.
