Bought a digital screen for a CF-30. Practically plug and play, if it weren't for the 16 screws I had to take out and out back it. Works like a charm. $100+ for new screen instead of $700+ for a refurbished toughbook makes sense all day long!!!

Product was in stock and shipping was quick. The Mk6 model, although used and refurbished, looked brand new! It booted right up and works perfectly. Much better product than I anticipated. Been using it for a month now and can find no faults with it. It was a humorous touch that Bob Johnson set the home page for the internet as their company website. All in all, would purchase from them again.

When I found the system I needed for my job (Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 it took me time to finally make that purchase. I worked with Brian who was very patient with me and listened to my needs. After purchasing the tablet it needed a piece of software to make the cell service work properly. I was transferred to TJ who remoted into my tablet and found the problem and resolved it. I do like the fact that the warranty and extended warranty will be covered by them and not a 3rd party vendor. I am extremely pleased with the decision to purchase from Bob Johnson's Computer and it was worth the time to do the research to find them.

I had a wonderful shopping experience... staff was helpful and their DIY videos are informative. The LCD screen came very well packaged and in great condition.

I've been interested for years in buying a Panasonic Toughbook but hesitated to get a new one due to the relatively high price. The refurbished offerings with chosen options through Bob Johnson's Computers worked with respect to my personal budget. I thus ordered a CF-33. I've had it now for about two weeks and have found it runs well for my needs. Communication during the ordering process went smoothly, and delivery went well. I've also found several videos on the Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff YouTube channel to be helpful.
