They fit in the CF-31, if they’re loose, you have to unscrew them and re-screw in them on alternative sides to get them to fit, otherwise, they are a GREAT choice for the laptop if you get tired of carrying them and prefer a shoulder strap!

I recently purchased a Panasonic Toughbook from Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff, and I could not be happier with the product and the customer service that came with it. I spoke with Bob himself, and he talked me through what computer was best suited to my needs and price range. The one I decided to purchase, upon Bob's recommendation, is exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, their warranty and service policies are second to none as far as I've seen. This gives me a great sense of security around my investment. It was super refreshing to do business with an honest and straightforward company. I have never received this level of service from any large company or big box store. I would not hesitate to purchase from here again.

Exactly the item I needed, packaged with care and delivered quickly. Thank you!

I ordered a refurbished CF-53 to replace my current CF-53 and a Toshiba laptop. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The screen is super bright and clear compared to my old CF-53. I also like the back-lit keyboard and touchscreen too. I highly recommend these refurbished models to anyone wanting a great laptop!

Thank you for sending my parts that looked like they were new and packed very well. Also, thank you so much for the videos related to installing the parts on my Toughbook. Please don’t take down these videos. They are excellent.

laptop arrived with dead cd/dvd. quickly replaced but should have been checked out better before shipping. would buy again from this company

Awesome service and a great product

No complaints. Simple in every step

Exceptionally good service, hard to find a business that still provides excellent customer service!!!

Laptop works flawlessly for being a refurbished unit. I couldn't be happier. Just the laptop I was looking for. Will be making future purchases!

Ordered a tough tablet and a part for another laptop. Something happened and the batteries for the tablet weren't included. I emailed that evening and first thing the next morning they called and wanted the details. They promptly tested and shipped out batteries. All my dealings with Bob's whether ordering or just looking up info have been great. They are my first stop for all things Toughbook related.

Great item fast shipping online video made installation a simple task

This is our 3rd Toughbook from Bob Johsnons's in 10 years. They are a good value and gently used. We're glad we opted for the new battery this time, as that was our only complaint with the previous two. Would still be using the others if we could have upgraded them from Windows XP!

Always awesome service and fast delivery

I'm from the UK... and ordered with Bob J for a part I couldn't get here and received it within just a few days. Part looked brand new! Nice work guys...!

Bought a digital screen for a CF-30. Practically plug and play, if it weren't for the 16 screws I had to take out and out back it. Works like a charm. $100+ for new screen instead of $700+ for a refurbished toughbook makes sense all day long!!!

Product was in stock and shipping was quick. The Mk6 model, although used and refurbished, looked brand new! It booted right up and works perfectly. Much better product than I anticipated. Been using it for a month now and can find no faults with it. It was a humorous touch that Bob Johnson set the home page for the internet as their company website. All in all, would purchase from them again.

I’ve purchased two tablets to be used in peanut 🥜 research this year. Both came quickly and just as advertised. Was referred to you by professor who has been using you for a few years. Glad he did and will continue to use you.

Computer came early then I thought, very well packaged. Once I opened the box and got the Computer out, it was in great shape and worked like a champ. Great buy and good service

Tyvm for all the help!! Everything was perfect!!
