Ordered a tough tablet and a part for another laptop. Something happened and the batteries for the tablet weren't included. I emailed that evening and first thing the next morning they called and wanted the details. They promptly tested and shipped out batteries. This is our 3rd Toughbook from Bob Johsnons's in 10 years. They are a good value and gently used. We're glad we opted for the new battery this time, as that was our only complaint with the previous two. Would still be using the others if we could have upgraded them from Windows XP!

Bought a digital screen for a CF-30. Practically plug and play, if it weren't for the 16 screws I had to take out and out back it. Works like a charm. $100+ for new screen instead of $700+ for a refurbished toughbook makes sense all day long!!!

Product was in stock and shipping was quick. The Mk6 model, although used and refurbished, looked brand new! It booted right up and works perfectly. Much better product than I anticipated. Been using it for a month now and can find no faults with it. It was a humorous touch that Bob Johnson set the home page for the internet as their company website. All in all, would purchase from them again.
