Buying a PC from the traditional companies seems to be quite messy and their support for problems is mediocre to poor. On the other hand, Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff is better in both aspects. This is not surprising in that I find many smaller companies are way ahead of giant, inept vendors.

Laptop arrived quickly and in great condition. Powered it up and everything worked fine.

Items were exactly as advertised. Person on the phone was very helpful.

I looked all over the internet for a used rugged tablet. Bob Johnson's had what I wanted and in reading over the website and reviews, it seemed like a good, safe choice and a very good price. Order fulfillment and shipping were fast and the tablet was in better condition than I expected. I upgraded to a SSD drive and the tablet works great! I saved a lot of money buying used and I will definitely be using them for any future needs. I am totally happy and highly recommend!

They had the part! Service was great and arrived within 2 days!

Tough book came in excellent condition and works great.

I'm very happy I went with Bob Johnson computers. Easy purchase and know they will be there if anything is wrong or I have any questions. Very nice, quality computer!
