I’ve had my elite headset for 3 years and still works perfectly. Battery is still holding strong. Just put on a new ear cushion and looking forward to the next 3 years. I love the single button design. Before I knew I could just replace the ear cushion I purchased a Blue Parrot headset. I found out I could replace the ear cushion on my Elite and immediately returned the Blue Parrot.

Dealing with the company for over ten years the only head set I use is blue tiger I recommend it to many drivers

Best headset I’ve ever used as a OTR truck driver. The quality is unmatched to the other competitors, not only being able to hear others well, it really does block out any back ground noise. I had someone tell me it sounded like I was using a podcast microphone. The only thing I regret is not purchasing one sooner.

This is my second storm in black (they repla ed thebfirst one under warrenty). And both of them have issues with noise cancelation and with the mic going in and out. The first time they sent me a replacement along with a free shipping label before I was required to send them the old one. This time they're saying I have to pay to ship it myself and buy the packaging to ship it. Secondly the storm in black has a "cooling" material on the headset that absorbs sweat and stinks after a while. No amount of cleaning gets the smell out as you can't really wash it because it will damage the headset. So you have to walk around with a stinky headset smh

I bought a blue tiger storm just after 2 months it broke I bought another one just after 2 months it broke and they do not honor their warranties I have put a warranty online three times and no one even a knowledge that I have a warranty and and no one will ever contact me back when I get in contact with them
