I purchased this a few months ago and the power button stopped working. I contacted support and they sent me a brand new one and a label to return the broken one. Their support is too notch and I use this fantastic headset every day.

Shipping was fast. Customer service was outstanding. Had a defect with first headset and they made it right with a fast, easy replacement. Best customer service I’ve had in years.

the lady telling you that the head set is on an off needs to be louder, in a room its fine outside in a noisy area cant hear her
