The absolute best headset on the market, and the customer service is just as good. I've owned 3 headsets in the past 12 years an wouldn't ever consider a different brand. The hands down best quality and longest battery life you will find, comfortable with very clear sound. I recently spoke with customer service about repairing one of my headsets that I had broken a few weeks back, and since then I had purchased a new One and was inquiring about having them repair it. The phone call i received from Jose the Customer service manager was the last thing I expected. He didn't offer to repair it, he offered me a Brand New Elite 2. 0 mailed out free of charge, such an unexpected blessing. Thank you Jose an the entire Blue Tiger Team, yall are an amazing company and stand behind the products you sale. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a kind Gesture. I will always be a loyal Customer. Thank you!

I’ve had three of your products don’t last but just over a year. So my last one bought the two year warranty and it only lasted just over a year also and then you charged me fifty some dollars for it and shipping. So probably won’t order any more of your products.
