Rental process and shipping were very efficient albeit the return instructions need to be updated to reflect FedEx vice UPS. Customer service was very helpful on both the front end and return.

Phone easy to use. Good signal at least where we were near Continental Divide. At least one text message did not go through. Voice clarity on calls was good. Not much info in the box. Had to call customer service. The guy I talked with was really helpful. I wish you could buy fewer minutes at minimum since they expire.

I like the satellite phone plans there just like the way you had to buy minutes for your cell phone. It took me way back to 90's and you get every minute you pay for i bought minutes and used it to try it out I got the 100 min and let me tell you when I go to Africa im definitely using blue cosmos services im very satisfied and they have great customer service people to talk to if your not sure on what you need I would recommend bluecosmos to anyone needing satellite phone service.

I did not use it yet this year. my rental is for the month of sept but I did iuse it in Alaska and it worked great.

Bluecosmo has been great...really great! Thank you for the amazing service. I would love to be able to add more minutes to my prepaid plan for my Inmarsat phone by using my phone when I am remote. Finally, I was surprised by the huge increase in the cost of minutes this year. Hopefully that won't be a recurring trend. Thank you again for the great service and follow-up.

A few bumps on the road at first with the inability to ship to an address different from the billing address but they were understanding of the situation and offered way to resolve the issue. Good communication when called costumer service number.

Always great service even with short term airtime plan

This phone is light-weight. Phone calls are clear when I am at my fishing spot (approximately 100mi south of Pascagoula, MS in the Gulf of Mexico). Only complaint is that the phone takes quite a bit of time to connect to satellites, and it seems like the phone has trouble connecting if the boat is moving. That may be part of the deal with sat-phones. Not sure. I know that this phone works and I hope I never need it.
