Soy cliente desde 2018 luego de que un huracán devastara mi país. Estuvimos sin energía eléctrica 5 meses y peor aún el sistema de comunicaciones colapsó. Estuvimos incomunicados sin poder decirle a nuestra familias en los EEUU para darles la tranquilidad de que estamos bien. Luego, los terremotos ocasionaron nuevamente un colapso en las comunidades. Hasta el día de hoy Blue Cosmo me ha dado muy buen servicio. Actualmente uso el plan de tarjeta de prepago y no me ha fallado. Tener un teléfono satelital te da paz mental. Nada peor que estar incomunicada y poder llamar a decirle a tus seres queridos que estás bien. Aunque luego compré un sistema de Internet Satelital he mantenido my ISatPhone2 activo. Mejor precaver que tener que lamentar.
