Seems good
Haven’t used the neck ring yet, but I will agree with some other posters who said that the size chart is not spot on. I did measure multiple times before I ordered and my dog’s neck is pretty small. I ordered the size indicated but should’ve gotten one size larger. As someone else suggested, I’ll just leave the innermost snap undone so I can still use it.

Our Golden Retriever was thrilled with the Lilly and Max e Collar.
Our Golden Retriever was thrilled with the Lilly and Max e Collar. Her head was free and it wasn't a big deal when she ran into things. But she managed to get the top snaps undone and began licking the surgery spot so we had to put the old traditional e collar back on. She is scheduled for a bit more surgery, so my husband has gotten a dog collar with a Fastex buckle and will cut it in two and sew it over the snaps so she can't get it open. Hopefully that will work and we'll all be happy again. Another idea you might consider is putting 5 or 6 loops around the neck opening so we, the owners, can put a regular collar through the loops (to keep the dog from getting it loose). May need a bigger house!
Purchased for a puppy and my shepard x wolf hound thinks this is for him. My need to purchase another. Very sturdy. In my seventies and assembly was stress free. All my companions are able to see what is happening and feel they are still part of the family (pack). An opposing thumb up. Be safe and there worse things out there.

Great crate!
My small dog loves the crate. I was a little apprehensive since I've heard you should not have a too large of a crate for a small dog. He feels safe and has plenty of room to get comfy!

Excellent crate my large dog
I was looking for a crate option that is taller than standard sizes. My pup full-grown will be tall and I don't want him having to duck his head if he stands up. So far I love this crate. It is really big and that's what I wanted. He likes to stretch out and he has plenty of room to do that. He will go lay inside on his own sometimes. So he approves! We didn't need one for anxiety or anything. Simply wanted the extra space and also something that looks nicer than a traditional crate. I like that it sort looks like a house. It was very well packed on arrival and wasn't too difficult to put together. But it does require 2 (or 3) people as the pieces are large and heavy. The directions were lacking instruction, only pictures. Took some thinking but we got it together. It's super sturdy and looks nice.

The Best!
Over the years, I have tried EVERYTHING out there for my 14 year old spaniel mix - various cones, sleeves, etc. . . This is the best. It's so soft, so light, allows her to drink and sleep comfortably. So thankful to have finally found something that works that is also comfy for her. She is 16 lbs. and her neck measured 11", the medium works - I just can't snap the tightest/smalled snap, but it stays on well regardless and is the perfect length to keep her from getting at her feet and legs.

It is a HUGE quality made crate
no more destruction! my dog has major separation anxiety and has been tearing up our house. she has busted out of two wire crates we have bought her except this one. This kennel is as sturdy as a jail cell. Easy enough to put together. Over all of you have a strong dog that doesn't like a wire kennel, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

Best crate for large dogs
This is a great crate for my 1 year old Rottweiler! It gives him the ample amount of space he needs to rest and relax. The only thing is the wheel locks are not the best when he sometimes is excited and jumps out. But overall the description is accurate and I would highly recommend.

Xxl kennel.
The kennel is great. Our pet has lots of room to move around in it and he has not broken out yet lol. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Giant Puppy Palace
Gentle Giant English Mastiff Puppy loves her palace. We installed a safety gate in less than 5 minutes to make it puppy size. She will grow into her crate quickly and didn't want to change her special place in 6 months - so chose the size that suits her breed. She loves her crate, and we love its architectural style!

These should replace cones 100% of the time.

Amazing
This crate/keelnnel is so wonderful. It's heavy duty, comfortable, easy to move and keep clean, spacious, and allows my high anxiety the ability to feel integrated with my other dogs when I am away! Love and highly recommend.

Great, but watch sizing
Love this 'cone', but despite measuring and re-measuring (24lb, 7yr old, cavapoo, measured right in the middle of the XL range), she was able to slip her head out of it. I left her collar on in front of the cone to make removal over her tags/collar clips more difficult. She is quite calm and left it alone for all but 1 of 14 nights--this would have been more frustrating with a younger and or more active / determined pup. That said, she was comfy and able to sleep, eat and drink with relative ease. She practiced for a few days prior to her surgery, which helped enormously during recovery. I'd buy it again, but would likely size down.

Finn loves it!
Finn has an issue where he pulls out his own fur. We had a cone and for a 2 yr old he did not want to play. Now that we got him the watermelon, he RUNS and plays with his little friends! Thank you!!!

Best kennel bought!
This is definitely escape proof for my smart Houdini of a dog which she would chew through all of her kennels or somehow get the latch undone. She has severe separation anxiety when we're not home and there have not been any escapes since!

Best Crate I ever owned!
I have a Xolo (Xoloitzcuintli), who has proven to be an extremely capable escape artist who suffers from severe "separation anxiety". He ate up and escaped from his travel Vari Kennel, and he tripped the latch on his standard wire crate. When I tried leaving him outdoors in my back yard, he cried and barked endlessly and I know this because my neighbors texted me and told me. I also got a call from Animal Services asking me about other neighbors who had called in about a barking dog on my property. I bought a child gate for indoors to block off my kitchen (that had no door), and closed him off in my hallway when I decided to leave him indoors when I had to leave home, only to return and see that he had jumped over the child gate after he heard the mail carrier. He crashed into the window in the dining room while barking at here, broke a pain and cut his paw in the process. The mail carrier told me about her experience the next day, which explained why I found my mail on the front patio. And by the way he has a diploma from Puppy Kindergarten, after passing with flying colors. When he is left alone he gets super anxious, scared, and uncontrollably nervous and his training goes out the window. I had no other choice but to find a spot in the hallway to tie him up with a 6 inch leash while I am out, for is own safety. I did not want him to hurt himself while nervously barking and trying to get at any sound coming from outside. Then, one day I went online and searched for "inescapable crates for anxious dogs", and I stumbled on this miraculous Lilly & Max solution! It is so strong, well made, aesthetically beautiful with closures that keep him safely contained. I do recommend purchasing "O" rings to insert in all 5 closures, as the latches flip up pretty easily to open and close. I tried leaving him in twice before I got the "O" rings and he was able to flip the latch to both the bottom entrance designated for placing food/water inside as well as the main door latches. A...

Very satisfied
Needed a crate that was taller so my 60lb dog could stand. But didn't want to get a crate that was also extremely wide. The top of this crate was perfect. My dog also isn't able to break out of this crate, which she has done before.

Great Cone Alternative for a Fussy Baby
Our Charlene has allergies and anxiety and has been pulling her hair out. I bought this cone not only because it's mad cute, but also because it's not limiting whatsoever, not that Charlene would agree. She can still do everything and even gets a nice travel pillow for nap time. Cleans easily, simple design, big fan.
