I purchased this item before one of our dogs was set to be neutered. I cannot even begin to explain how much better he likes this than the original dog cone. Especially the ability to see more and not be limited to tunnel vision. Plus he also enjoys the fact that he can lay his head on it as if it was a pillow and sleep comfortably. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves their fur baby. ,

We bought this kennel for our huge husky hybrid who was never kennel trained and had been able to destroy and escape several kennels before this. The kennel is big enough for him to stand and lay down and relax. Not like other cage is way too small for stands. The construction is solid and durable, no flimsy parts, and it truly feels escape-proof. The little rings to keep the latches locked are a pain but you can always switch them out for something easier. It did come with dents in the panels and two holes that weren't punched out so the screws wouldn't go through. I contacted the company and asked for a solution. They told me to use a screwdriverto poke through the spots where the holes should be, and it worked. If you’re looking for a reliable solution for dogs with escape tendencies, I highly recommend this crate.

We've had a lot of dogs over the years who needed a cone. Spay, neuter, or biting issues. This is the best design we've seen. Softer than the stiff, plastic ones. When we picked our dog Gizzy up today at the vet after his snip-and-drain, everyone in the office wanted to know where we got this unique, plush cone. We gave them the Lilly and Max website. Gizzy's cone got held up in LA, CA during the recent protesting. . . I messaged Lilly&Max, got a response almost immediately from Jing W. with all the info on the hold up and reassurance that he would send me another cone ASAP at no charge. It came perfect timing, just in time. I messaged Jing what I should do when I get my first ordered cone. Again, he responded very quickly and gave me two options, keep it or donate it. NICE, either way.

Suggestion for improvement - check the slide locks on the gate before sending out The bottom lock slides through real smooth with no effort. The top lock is not lined up properly and we struggle to get it closed. Thinking we’ll need to remove it and drill new holes into metal to get it to work as smoothly as the other lock. Other than that - we are happy with the sturdiness of the cage Thank you

My 135-pound German shepherd destroyed a previous cage, cutting his paw, which became infected. I asked our veterinarian about resistant options that could allow visibility so he will not be stressed out. And this cage came across one of the best decisions I have taken.

I have 3 Standard Poodles. One has been unruly and naughty since day One. I purchased this crate to assist me in getting life under control, as my one dog would destroy things, urinate on furniture, and break into my kitchen every single time I left my home. This issue has been fixed and I am extremely grateful to your company for such a beautiful product! When my four-legged canine no longer has the need for this crate, I will use it as a planter, as it is truly a lovely piece of furniture. By the way, my other two dogs Love it and they occupy it while we are sitting together at home. :)

This is the best thing we hv ever bought! Our escape artist Lottie is safe and happy! It's large enough for both Lottie and Beau! It's solid and safe which is what we needed!

Manufacturing issues with original and replacement crates. I can't even set them up so I can't tell you how well they work for separation anxiety. I can tell you how separation anxiety in my dog is destroying my home. Weeks of trying to get a functional crate and now they're discontinued. I wouldn't recommend this company's product.

First we purchased the 2xl. Our sweet girl has a long snout. Had to buy the 3xl. It was a little too big but she couldn't get to her stitches. We need a 2xl+. HA! Anyway the good/best part about as we call them, the rings of Saturn, our girl was comfortable wearing them and slept well with them on.

This kennel is bigger than you think but is perfect and awesome. I purchased two for my huskies they can actaully fit in one with lots of room. The finished product is beautiful and it's standing up to my escape artists! The biggest complaint I have is that the instructions weren't detailed.

I bought this crate because I loved the house shape. I was happy to see what a sturdy crate it was once we assembled it. Cute, sturdy and safe for my pup!

After heavily researching an XXXL indoor kennel for my new rescue great Dane (approximately 110 lbs) on Amazon and local pet stores, I bought this 60-inch long crate from lilly and max. She hates thunder and lightning, and has destroyed two wire crates. The kennel itself is high-quality, sturdy, and spacious so she was comfortable. I put it together in 30 minutes by myself. Bonus that it comes with a pad that fits perfectly inside crate. Highly recommend!

I purchased this 52 inch dog kennel for my Great Dane who is about 85 Ibs. It's a great size for him and he likes it because of the added height. Now he doesn't even try to get out because he knows he can't. The crate was easy to assemble and looks nice in the living room.

I ordered this for our German Shepherd that needed surgery. Based on the size chart on the website he needed an xl. I worried after measuring his neck that it would be to small. It was to big around his neck and he pulled it right off his head after about 15 minutes. However, there are good points, the quality seems to be very good. It was very easy to put on. When he walked around it was very flexible and didn't get caught on stuff. He was able to eat and drink. If it was yellow he would have looked like a sunflower. If you get the right fit I think it is a good value and a good way to make your baby a little more comfortable.

I recently purchased this crate for my Rhodesian Ridgeback pup. The quality of the crate is fantastic! Very easy to put together and plenty of room/height for our new family member. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.

My pitbull destroyed 3 cages and 1 plastic carry on but this one, not even a scratch.

This recovery collar is well made and did not come off. She was not able to brush it off on walls, etc. . . . and she was much more tolerant of this type of device rather than a cone. However my dog was still able to get to her wound which was located on the underside of her rear hip. The diameter of the collar was not large enough to keep her from that area. I guess I will need to use a regular cone to stop the licking in that area.

Ordered one of these for an upcoming castration on our pup about 10 days before the procedure. By the time it arrived he had already finished healing. Then was a hassle to return and get our money back.
