My order of fire balls and glass beads arrived on time and was just what I expected.

The shopping experience was easy. However, the ad on the front page for the SAVE40 discount was misleading, as it did not say on the banner that it had already expired. The site manager needs to be more on top of things like this. Other than that, the shopping was simple and the product I wanted was available and easy to find. Would have been 5 stars for the ease if not for the misleading banner on the home page. I'll rate again once I have received my product.

I loved the amount of choices and a bargain at half the price of a brick and mortar store

The quality of this fireglass is second to none. I originally ordered a sample kit and was impressed with the quality. However, I tried to save some money and ordered the black reflective fireglass from Home Depot only to return it. Once I compared it to the sample from blazing glass I could see the difference in quality. I ended up ordering 100 lbs and would do it again. Save yourself a trip to the return center of the big box stores and go with blazing glass; you won't regret it.

Blazing Glass originally messed up my order and only sent half of it. I contacted them and eventually got the other portion, so I gave a 3/5 review. They contacted me and said if I change to a 5 star review they will give a 10% refund. Great company. Product looks good. 5/5 stars for sure.
