Arrived in Australia in a timely manner, well packaged and presented. Love the series. Blackwing website is easy to navigate. Would appreciate the opportunity to add to my subscription order each month to consolidate shipping costs.

I called to check on the status of my purchase and was pleased with the response and the quick shipping time.

Great website. Wonderful pencils and other writing products.

Color, color, color! Especially the erasers! Well done Blackwing!

Looking forward to trying ALL the pencils you guys make.

Blackwing is an experience that you don't want to miss

I love the set (but don't plan to ruin it by using it; I have plenty of Blackwing products to actually USE!- This is a collectable. . . )!

My beautiful Blackwing pen developed a problem and stopped working properly. At first, I reached out to the company but didn’t receive a response, so I left a review. After that, several people from Blackwing got involved and asked me to send a video of the issue. I tried, but the video files were too large to upload. Finally, Crystal wrote back and asked, “If you think it’s still the locking mechanism, may we send you a replacement?” I replied, “Absolutely—that’s exactly the problem. ” Problem solved. I’ve been obsessed with Blackwing pencils for years, and now, thanks to their outstanding customer service, I can finally enjoy their pen as well. Thank you, Crystal, and the entire Blackwing team, for making it right.

Packaging is fancy, gosh if I was a person who kept boxes I would eat this shit up! I haven't needed customer service quiet yet. The shipping takes a while but Im not sure if thats because of weather or because I ordered near the 4th of July.

love them

Very fast shipping thank you.

the finest pencils available

The sharpener makes a perfect point every time. Love it!

Always high quality - always smooth writing.

Great customer service! I recieved a wrong pencil in one box and they quickly shipped me a replacement.

Fantastic

I love writing with this pen. The weight and shape have a fantastic feel in my hand. When it works correctly, the knock mechanism is very satisfying (if that’s your sort of thing). However, I have had a key problem with it: the knock mechanism will occasionally snag when I engage (click) it to rotate from extending to retracting the ink cartridge. I’ll have to click it several times, and sometimes I even have to “click” it with the palm of my hand very hard. If this problem is resolved, I’ll absolutely love this pen. With that all said, Blackwing’s support has been absolutely amazing to work with. They sent me a replacement knock mechanism when the first didn’t work out. Every single time I’ve had an issue with any of their products, they have worked with me to resolve the issue. In some cases, I’ve even had them resolve a problem caused by a third party (mail carriers, etc). I keep buying from Blackwing because 1) they have good products that most of the time work amazingly well, and 2) if something doesn’t work out quite right, they fix it or make it right without any hesitation.

Excellent

Blackwing as a company I love.

Great service!
