Shipping of the product took a very long time. I notified Blacks after three weeks, and they issued a reprint at no charge. Bummed about the delay, but happy with the follow up service.

I was extremely happy with the enlarged photos that I ordered. They are really good quality and the finish is crisp and the colours are nicely saturated. The paper they used was good quality not some flimsy paper. I would definitely order from Black’s again!

Make sure to review each size you order. In the small view they looked perfect so I thought nothing of it. Now half the text at the bottom of my kids’ hockey pictures is cut off.
