First batch was fantastic. Awaiting the next batch to arrive

service and shipping was excellent

I have now ordered over 30 photo books. Each one has been outstanding. They are so fast and amazing. Anytime I have called for one reason or another the customer service is more than excellent. The last time I spoke to Jean Francois. Thank you.

Photos came out amazing, appreciate the easy service and reasonable price!

Great prints next will be enlargements

I was surprised I could do the picture order at 80!

Turned out great!

Great quality, shipped on time and price is reasonable!

Excellent quality !! Will order again !!

Very happy with the quality and print

The on line ordering for prints was quick and easy to use. This includes ordering a different number of various prints making the process efficient. Delivery of the order was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Black’s for future photo needs.

Pleased with overall quality and the price of my orders.

While the service was convenient and I could order my prints from the comfort of my home, I was disappointed that the quality was so poor. Any other print service I have used tells me in advance if the photo I have chosen is poor quality. The image I printed was blown up, but on my computer and phone looked fine. The print was dreadful, nearly pixilated. I understand it's my responsibility to select suitable photos, but I never imagined Blacks software would allow me to spend $12 on a useless piece of paper. Never again.

Great job

Delivery date arrived as scheduled. Beautiful vibrant colours on all photos. First time I ordered coasters, 4 sets, and they all came out beautifully. Really love them. Perfect gifts.

Fast service

Good experience

Loved them!!

The quality of some of the photos was not as expected but still a good option for photo prints.

Quality of pictures was great. This is second time I ordered from them.
