I have been dealing with blacks for years. The Canadian company is great.

I recently ordered a number of items from Blacks for Christmas. I received everything I ordered on time and was happy with the quality of the items (prints, canvas and photo mug). The only issue I had was that I ordered 3 snowlglobes and when I first received them they arrived frozen and had cracked and leaked as a result. This was no fault of theirs as the delivery was late and it seemed to have sat in a deliviery truck for too long. They were quick to respond to my concern and re-made all 3 and had them sent out quickly so I would still get them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, they arrived frozen and cracked again. Once I reached out to them again they were very apologetic and was willing to re-make them again or provide me with a refund. With some warmer temps in the forecase I decided to try one more time at having them re-made and I received them in good condition! Their attention to my concerns and their quick response was very appreciated, their customer service alone if 5 stars!

The website takes a bit of effort, but this was my fourth time, so I knew what to do. After that, the process, ordering the custom calendars went super fast and easy. I received the multiple designs promptly in the mail, within days. They were perfect.

They make excellent Christmas presents.
