Great prints and quick service

My photos turned out great! I’m so happy with them, and I love the fact you don’t have to download an app and the website and whole process was painless. I miss the days of printing photos and happy to have reconnected with that.

Picture quality was fantastic and the price was very reasonable

Good Product.

I order prints from Black's infrequently . . . about once a year. Each time my experience is the same. I have difficulty figuring out how to load my photos from my PC to Black's website. After getting thoroughly frustrated and annoyed, I call Black's Customer Service. Whichever person serves me (a different person each time) has been great: patient, understanding, and able to lead me through the steps I need to follow. No complaints. The prints arrive promptly. They are sometimes darker than I expected them to be; I'm not sure whether the problem is with Black's processing or with the colour/brightness displayed on my computer. Conclusion: More or different directions on how to load photos onto the website would be helpful. (Lest you be wondering, I would rate my familiarity with computer-related use and "stuff" as low to [maybe] moderate. )

Loved the Blacks website of uploading photos; very easy to use, I like that they include the file name once the photos are uploaded, and it’s easy to indicate how many pics I’d like of each photo, especially when putting in a large order. I also like that I can crop my photos where I’d like them, instead of some random cropper. Speed of receiving order was fantastic and the quality of the photos are superb. And the price was fantastic!
