Love this -- the materials, the features, the performance, but I have two questions: 1) Why not add a hook so that the straps allow you to carry it horizontally, not just vertically and 2) Why is there not a handle on the side with the zipper access for the iPad slot? Both decisions strike me as counter-intuitive

Shipping, service and feedback is great. I got the 12 sling and I asked for the luggage strap and mine had it. Great addition. I believe BE is taking customer feedback well and integrating it with the product line up.

Surprisingly roomy, for its profile, while also being a structured bag, that holds its shape. The flap with a magnetic closure, in the main compartment, and the zipper pulls are nice touches. Materials also have a nice tactility to them and are weatherproofed well. The shoulder strap took some adjustment to find the right fit, but when I did it was comfortable to carry. Being able to ergonomically switch between left and right carry is also a positive.

Really love my key chains from black ember. Im a fan of the concept of a carabiner on the keys attached to the belt loop, however i think it’s kinda corny when they’re visible. Im not hating on those that wear them this way but i just personally dont like to advertise. This key tether situation allows me to keep track of my keys but also throw them in my pocket out of view. This thing feels rock solid ive been using it for about 2 weeks now and im only using one of these from now on. I also purchased one of the shorter ones so i can attach another mount point to my man purse. Need to figure out a way to attach one to my wallet, it so would be a wallet chain without advertising wallet chain.
