Smooth purchase experience.

I love the design of it. It’s the first bag I actually use to store my IPhone15 Pro Max with a case in, no issues. It holds all my daily carry items. MagSafe power bank, AirPods, Peak Design Wallet, and Keys. The size is perfect, and I like how it has a mild expansion. My only gripe is the strap. If you want to bring the bag closer to your chest, there is uncontrolled slack in the way. Also need a wider option.

Fast shipping, cannot fault

I order a 09 L sling and paid expedited shipping to get it in time for a trip. When it arrived it was the smaller 06 L sling. When I emailed for a remedy they just sent me a label. No shipping the correct item, no refunding shipping for their mistake not real communication. Just a label. And to make matters worse I bought the bag on their Memorial Day sale and so if I wanted to re-order the correct bag now it would be more expensive. This whole experience was me just giving them some money for free for shipping that they pocketed. Worst experience of my life.
