It's fine except the unfortunate fact that it doesn't`t seem to be possible to use different payment methods for different delivery addresses under the same account.

BKV Energy is a good choice for electric co. I have been very pleased. They communicate via email. As busy as I am, it is nice to get emails reminding me my bill is due. Things like that. And I get rewards just for being a customer. I just received a virtual debit card worth $45. Thanks BKV

BKV energy is the best energy service provider and I made sure to vote them in as best in the west!! No hidden fees and transparent service!! Will never change to crap like green mountain and others that only claim services that only BKV provides.

So far the service has been good

I've had nothing but a great experience with my service. Customer service is always helpful and very kind. I recommend this company to anyone who wants better quality in service.

I had to go from Energy Texas to this company mainly due to Energy Texas not providing for our area anymore. . They switched me over to BKV. I was sopossed to have the same rates, but when switched I feel like it's a bit higher even being a fixed rate electricity bill. Also energy Texas gave us points, you stack up your points by paying early. When you do you can use those point to take money off your bill or use can get gift cards. I usually used it towards my bill. When I got switched over this company had none of that, I definitely don't recommend anyone getting with this company, unless you had no other choice and got switched over my your own company. I can't wait to get out of this plan to find a better one.

I just received the email from y'all saying I had signed up. I have not switched my Energy company at all so there is a mistake somewhere and I'd advise you to fix it

This company has no regard for customer care, will not help on adjusting the best plan for your home or apartment. My normal usage is about 1000 kwh per month and usage fee says $80-90 dls but when bill arrives it's increased to $160 due to hidden extra fees and taxes. I just cancelled my service with these BMV Energy thieves and if you all really want to save on electric bill please switch to another company. Now my monthly bill has been $80-$90 dollars a month at 1000 + kwh. . If you all want to know who I switched with at 8 cents per kwh please send me a pm or comment on my review. Trust me, you will save half of what these rats are charging you today. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you switch you will still get energy service from other service providers, no need to pay penalty yearly contract, simply file a complaint and penalties will be dismissed by utility consumer rights and advocates. By the way, don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, those are all bots, fake profiles or company employees just to make themselves look good. I did my research, consider doing yours as well.

I am very satisfied with my experience with BKV. They are fair and upfront with the charges for my electricity. I have no complaints at this point.

It was great. The transfer of service was smooth. I love it.
