Just waiting for my
Just waiting for my contract to end so that I can switch to a provider that is solar friendly. There is no interest or urgency from this company to help those with solar panels, so, for that reason I am giving 2 stars. It would be none but it won't let me not select no stars. 2 is trying not to be too negative.

This was my best
This was my best change in providers ever! The service is very reasonable. I was nervous to switch to BKV from Reliant because I hadn’t heard of them. Hopefully this review helps someone wanting to save and receive quality service. Highly recommend 👍🏽.

Very pleased with communication and electrical bill. When folks approach me to sell their electricity, they stop. . . knowing these prices cannot be beat!

BKV has great pricing
BKV has great pricing and has been quick to respond to emails when I have questions. Would be great if they could provide customers a weekly update on personal electrical usage so there are no surprises when the monthly bill arrives!

My bill, during the
My bill, during the same time of year, with a different company was over $1k, but after switching to BKV it was a literal fraction of what it had been. When I can't pay on time, their grace period is very generous. Love these guys so far!

Before I found this
Before I found this company my electric bill was over $400 monthly. After the assisted me with finding better rate per kilowatt, my light bill went down to $100 and something per month. Thanks for you assistance!!!

The Energy Ogre signed
The Energy Ogre signed me up with BKV Energy. They had shown to me a much lower per Kilowatt Hour compared to the previous energy company. I was excited about that and approved going to your company. But they did not tell me it would be basically the same total energy bill because your company has a pass through from Oncor that is tacked on. So, am I happy, no? Maybe that is Energy Ogre's fault, but the bottom line is, I did not realize any savings going to BKV Energy. Hence, my low rating of your company.
