Fast shipping, arrives frozen, my dog loves the food and he’s doing better on it. His coat isn’t greasy or smelly anymore since fully transitioned, he literally smells like a different dog. He has more energy, is more playful, sleeps deeper and isn’t itching all the time anymore. His stools are solid and smaller and less smelly too.

Not happy that my recent order arrived partially thawed, and most of the cartons were leaking (leaking liquid blood from meat). The company assured me the food was fine, if still cold/partially frozen, but when I did thaw it completely, it did not smell all that fresh!! All of the edges had thawed, and I had no choice but to refreeze everything…so when I did re-thaw, those edges were discolored and not fresh smelling!! The company told me I should have ordered extra dry ice. I think the company should pack their orders with enough dry ice to start with to ensure the order arrives frozen!! Just not happy with the response from the company. They can, and should, do better!!

Love this place! The prices are reasonable and the quality has been consistent. I've been shopping with them off and on for 4 years now. The one negative I have - the Sardines have a 9 out of 10 orders, having 2-4 packages with the vacuumed seal broke, so has some freezer burn.
