We have three large senior dogs, and they love this food. We feel completely confident feeding it to them, knowing they’re getting high-quality raw nutrition. We order the 5-gallon bucket and feed raw at night and kibble in the morning. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Product is awesome, highly recommend. I have no idea about the dry ice. was not clear, when I checked the box to have my order with dry ice, it was a subscription. Since I didnt know if I would like the food if I would be using a subscription. The order did not have dry ice, but it was very well packed.

The food is eat to thaw and feed my dog. She loves it!! Shipping went smoothly and all arrived frozen.

I feel very disappointed in buying from here. I always think you guys will do better with my next order and it just never does get better. The last time I ordered from here the goat milk was already old it had a horrible smell. Then I got 2 of the chicken blend when the lids were broken & a weird smell like if it was old as well. I had also got chicken feet but instead got duck feet and the bag was already opened which was disappointing. When I first started ordering from here I was so excited that my dog finally found something that she likes but now I don’t ever want to buy anything from here again after already being disappointed with my other purchases. I had also noticed that their “discounts” aren’t even real discounts. I would put in a code and my cost would go up not down. That was another disappointment cause I actually had a lot of discounts I could’ve used and helped me but they’re just scamming.

I wish BJ’s would go back to the easier to open 10lb containers. We are elderly and the new ones are very difficult for us to open. Also, one more suggestion on rewards. Please don’t make it so confusing whether it’s a subscription or a regular order. They show up differently when using a cell phone to update our subscriptions.
