There was NO DRY ICE in my shipment. In August; it was 105 degrees where I live. Goat milk arrived banged up and curdled. First pour of fish stock emptied a fat fly out of the bottle. Sorry but this was not a good experience

Your products are great, however when my 200 points didn't go through on my order I immediately called and stated this. The woman said I could use on my next order. Well the points expire in 10 or so days and since I ordered 200 bucks of food last time, they will expire because I don't need anymore product for my only 12 lb dog. Bummer.

I live in Texas and it’s over 100° this time of year. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to my house until almost 8 PM. For whatever reason, my order came in a huge box that half of it was just air, and I had purchased dry ice, thinking that it was going to be added to the ice that’s already included. When I received my box, the two bags of dry ice were completely gone, and all of my products was completely thawed.

Delivery came and dry ice still frozen, food still frozen. Good feelings about BJ's and their customer service.

My pups live bjs. And they dont have any allergies which are often caused by the excipients and preservatives in kibble.

Have gotten the various mixes with bones but the bone fragments are too large and have sharp edges so I switched to the boneless mix for my dog, but unfortunately she does not do well with chicken. Would love to have more boneless protein options without chicken.

My order was damaged by ups and no one from your company called to explain. Then I finally called customer service and they told me that you are not notified of damage. Really??? Also when I finally received my order the chicken necks are so small that they look like they came from baby chickens. Please do not let quality progress into basically devaluating your products.
