BJ’s is a standout because they don't cut corners. If you're already using their Rabbit and Venison, you know the quality is consistent. It’s a "set it and forget it" win for a Rat Terrier. . . you get high-end, farm-fresh variety that fixes skin and gut issues without the hassle of DIY prep.

I ordered the introductory pack for our dog Coco. We have bought several different brands to try (Stella and chewy, Primal, Tuckers, viva raw…. ) BJs has definitely been her fave. When the introduction pack arrived late and warm (UPS fault!) I called and a real person answered and shipped a new box out the next day. Once we use all this food up BJs will be what we feed moving forward.

I'm very new to raw. We jumped from kibble and canned to freeze dried and air dried. I have to say I'm liking the raw for many reasons. . . . however we're still learning and exploring, such as warm or cool proteins etc. . . . But I like the quality of BJ's raw food , packaging and customer service so far. I wish the cost was a little less. It's a little $$$ to feed a German Shepherd dog but so far it's manageable .

BJ's is top notch and I highly recommend it over any kind of kibble, or other "top quality" pet food.

I know how impactful a one start review can be, my intention is not just to throw shade but hopefully to provide feedback for you that is helpful. In full transparency, we are Legacy Midwest customers and only found you after their fire and subsequent referral to your company. The product itself, seems to be good, high quality. However, when we ordered 5 gallons, we did not realize that it would come it a literal 5 gallon bucket, I thought I would receive 5 one gallon containers. Seeing as how I don't have room for that in my frig, I had no other way to use the product unless I thawed it and had to leave the full 5 gal bucket in my sink for 24 hours. The products thawed from the outside in and it took a full day of scraping off the thawed meat into more manageable gallon ziplock containers. Leaving meat at these temps for so long and re-freezing is dangerous but I didn't feel I had much of a choice. We will be returning to Midwest Legacy as soon as they re-open. Again, please know this review is only meant as an honest critique and hopefully provides you with helpful information. Kindly, Caitlin K
