Excellent product! Whole, raw ingredients frozen to preserve the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. My puppy loves it and is thriving. Plus it shipped all the way to Southern California and was still frozen solid. Thank you for creating great products (including a puppy mix) and providing great delivery service all at a fair price!

My boy is doing very well on this food. He’s definitely got more energy and his coat is looking great.

It’s by far, one of the best raw pet food I’ve ever purchased from. Even though my little guy is a picky eater and only eats duck. I also like how the customer service always sends me a heads up about my upcoming delivery. Through text messages and email. They always make sure everything is packed up and secured for shipping day (Monday).

Our shipment was delivered in a broken bin, half thawed, and food exposed. I reached out to customer service and they only refunded me $30, and actually encouraged me to still feed the exposed raw meat to my dog rather than sending a replacement bin. (I pay for the ice assurance as well, but that won’t get you very far with BJ’s, nor does it matter). After a back and forth email debacle ending with no proper solution, they charged me an additional $90 with no explanation outside of “sorry”. So am I now waiting for that to be refunded as well. There are many other companies that care more about the customers and pets they are feeding with the same price points. Put your hard earned dollars into a different company that cares.

Great. What I give it a 5 for is because when I had an issue. It was rectified right away ! How ever the prices here are beatable else where. If you’d adjust you’d be the best

Got what I needed. Disappointed that I couldn't get points, but was told it was cheaper at the store, so that made sense. Otherwise it was nice to get what I needed right away.

Have been a customer for a while, customer service has always been sub par. ordered the mackerel x2 and it was nothing but watery mush that I don’t want to feed my dog and the response I get is “it would cost us too much to give you a refund”. to say the least i’m most likely going to find a new company.

We have had multiple pets and they all have been fed raw thanks to the amazing BJ's RAW! Always fresh and on time. We portion them so its easier to feed our small babies :)

Easy to order, shipped quickly, packaged well. Used the dry ice guarantee! Well worth minimal extra monetary investment.

Our last shipment arrived with one of the containers cracked at the top. It seems that the package is not packed properly. Also, the dry ice was melted. Our puppy loves the product but the shipping needs to be improved.

My English Bulldog loves this blend! It is a novel protein (rabbit) so I love that it is safer for allergies! He gobbles it down as soon as I put the bowl down. The bowl is licked cleaned every single time!

Products are EXCELLENT, I love the multiple variety of proteins and various organs and mixtures. I'd continue ordering but future orders are $20 -$30 dollars more than other companies.

Sammy loves his goat meals! Small dog! I’ll never buy the 10 pound tub again. Way too hard to package in 4 ounce packages while semi frozen.
