The quality of this food is better than any other raw on the market in my opinion

Since I have to have B J's products shipped everyone there is so helpful with my subscription and they make everything right and better for me and my babies 💗

I wish BJ’s would go back to the easier to open 10lb containers. We are elderly and the new ones are very difficult for us to open. Also, one more suggestion on rewards. Please don’t make it so confusing whether it’s a subscription or a regular order. They show up differently when using a cell phone to update our subscriptions.

I buy my frozen sardines from BJ's and they are quite nice and fairly large. They are shipped out quickly and the price is fair. They are my go-to for sardines (one of my dog's favorites)!

My first order was great. I look forward to ordering more.

High quality food and quick shipping

I have 3 rescues and I feed them a variety BJ's raw food. I'm so thankful I found this company. My dog's love it and they thrive on it. So nutritious and they are healthy! I'm one happy dog mom!

The food is great, and the customer service is even better. I do wish at some point you consider making a 38 pound container of the super beef mix.

Shipping is prompt and predictable

Decent product. Customer service is ok, but shipping has been so inconsistent for us it has caused issues with being able to keep a consistent food type around for my protein sensitivity dogs.
