We decided to try BJ’s Raw dog food as a new approach to our feeding program. Since Frenchies have a big appetite it is hard to control their weight. Within less than a week, we noticed them decreasing the amount they eat and being more satisfied. Within 2 weeks, there was a noticeable difference in their weight. They started losing belly fat and we could tell they were being more lean and better muscle tone. We are very pleased that we made the decision to switch to BJ’S!

I know it can seem pricey, especially when I feed +3lbs day, but it’s so worth it! I actually got stopped while dog-walking, just to tell me how “healthy” my dogs look!

I have been a customer for quite some time and the review is not about the food, but an issue I think was poorly handled. I placed an order for Rabbit and Beef, but received Rabbit and Salmon. . May seem like no big deal, but one of my dogs is sensitive to all fish. I called and the response was, “Whoops. ” Then I was informed I could keep it or send it back. No apology, no how can we fix this, just well eat it or send it back. (30lbs of this) I had to keep it as I had to feed my dogs. I understand accidents happen, but then to offer no way to send me the food I ordered, and tell me to mail back the food that was not what I ordered was very poor customer service.

I truly like the discount that can be applied on my subscriptions, but the website changes now make it difficult to add the codes when it use to be so simple. I do not like the changes at all. I spend 800-900 a month and this makes ordering and making changes to my subscriptions difficult each time I use the website.

Wish it was portioned out into 1lb packages. For easy defrosting.
