Editing the specifics of an upcoming order is a process that requires too many steps — it is long and laborious, not user friendly.

Arrived within a couple days, without issue.

Shipping was quick and I was notified about when I would get the food. It came mostly frozen and I separated it into containers right away and refroze it.

They let you know when to receive it

like the food but frustrating trying to work with the new (or old?) website. the last one was much easier to use with standing orders (or adjusting standing orders. ) my orders get messed up every time i try to adjust them (even calling and having you adjust them) and rewards many times cant be added, or are somehow just lost.

Raw best food.

It’s hard to find good raw food for my babies, I’ve tried many.

Overall I haven’t had any significant issues with this company . Their customer service has been helpful and respectful. They answer the phone when I call. They take the time to explain my concerns. My cat isn’t a fan but my dogs have no issues eating the food. However I wish the meat came less oxidized. Depending on the meat this does occur and it can have a specific odor. I was told it also depends on the meat I purchased the veal more than once and it didn’t have a grayish color. I wish the company would offer a premium mix without chicken and bones. I like to control the amount of calcium that my dogs get and dogs tend to have allergies to chicken. For this reason I do not serve them chicken often. So far my experience with the company has been overall positive and I will continue to purchase. I also love how you can choose when you want your membership purchases shipped.

Mixes are very good but bone broth has unattractive smell and goat milk always get separated in the refrigerator

We have found the service to be excellent , and now that I know I need to order before Wednesdays at 3:00 for quicker shipping, we are all set. We will be switching to the subscription plan and larger containers next time for a more economical plan!

Every time I need to call BJ’s Raw, the people are very polite, professional and attentive. But I’ve only had to call because the website system does not work well. It is a hassle and nearly impossible to change anything in a subscription without something going wrong. If the website were fixed, many calls would be eliminated.
