I can sincerely say that since I’ve been ordering meals from bistroMD I feel and look better. Lost my love handles and belly fat. My Doctor ask what I was doing differently because my lab work had improved drastically. Thank you Chef for the delicious and healthy meals.

There had been a period of a few months where the entrees would arrive (should be 20 in a box) deficient, with 19, or in one case only 17. But: 1) They were very apologetic, 2) They always gave me full credit (and occasionally even more!) for lost entrees, 3) They seem to have solved the problem. The food itself is amazingly good, and filling. And the system works: 210-->173.
