I am male, 68, and on the Diabetic program. The meals are excellent. Left up to me I would not be eating the variety of foods that are available to me through the program. So that's a good thing!

I am so happy I found BistroMD for to provide meals for my mom. She is living with Alzheimer’s Disease and planning healthy meals has become increasingly difficult for her. Since I’m not there to cook nutritious meals for her, I am so happy BistroMD does all the work. I am impressed at the quality of ingredients they use and the easy preparation. It’s also helpful that they tailor meals to a number of dietary requirements. I highly recommend and thank the chefs and dietitians at BistroMD!

Great service! The food is good and the shipments are packed well to keep the food frozen. A lot of meal options, so it isn't the same thing all of the time.

Extraordinary choice of meals and Effective means of calorie control (down 15lb in 9 weeks), on a 5 day Lunch/Dinner only program. Managing breakfast/snacks on my own and allowing 'flex' on weekends. Meals range from outstanding to OK . . but it's all about learning and building a list of what you like from what seems like endless choices, adding seasoning/heat to your taste, and if you can . . slowly defrost meals completely before microwave (otherwise excess water released). Overall very pleased!

Delicious food but too expensive

There are a wide variety of meals to choose from. The meals are flavorful and filling. Weekly delivery makes it easy to find room in the freezer.

I’m on the gluten free program as I am celiac I’m amazed at how much food you can eat … I usually have trouble eating enough protein but these meals are balancing me out…
