The concept of BistroMD (easy to make, healthy meals designed for different lifestyles and health needs that are conveniently delivered based on customer preference at an affordable price) is excellent in itself, but what’s even more impressive is the EXECUTION of that concept! The meals are delivered on time (with delivery updates via email and tracking available), they are well packaged on dry ice, can be frozen or stored for 7 days in the fridge, are quick and easy to make (just pop in microwave for few mins) and what’s even more incredible is the food is actually TASTY! My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and we have very little time to grocery shop much less cook so these meals have been an absolute godsend!! We could not be more pleased with our experience. BistroMD, keep up the great work!

I have enjoyed my BistroMD meals very much. I am an 88 year old male and chose BistroMD's healthy heart meals. I have been very pleased with the choices available and appreciate the reliable service.

Delivery service is not the best I am an 80 year-old handicap woman and I need to know when my delivery is delivered ! FedEx is not the best! The Bistro MD heart healthy diet is mine, but my sodium is 100 mg less than they recommend. I have to doublecheck to make sure. The day it does work because I lost 2 pounds each week.

Ordering these meals cuts down on waste. When you get in your 70s and older you usually don’t eat as much as you did when you were younger and don’t care to cook as much and it’s usually just the 2 of you or less. It’s a great option to have food delivered at least for your biggest meal of the day and if you have dietary requests they are there to help. Give them a call to find out your options.

I’ve been very impressed with BistroMD so far—the meals are consistently great, and I haven’t run across anything I dislike. The flavors are balanced, portions are satisfying, and it’s clear that quality ingredients are being used. One thing I especially appreciate is the military discount. I wouldn’t have known about it unless I asked, since it wasn’t visible when I signed up, but I’m glad it’s available. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the meals and the service. BistroMD has made healthy eating convenient and enjoyable, and I look forward to continuing with them.

All the meals on the Nolan have be delicious. Also learning about meal size so I can benefit from the plan even when I stop.

The food is good and easy to unpack and put away. No worries about spoilage if you don't get to a meal for that week. It's hard for females over 60 to lose 1 pound. My first week on Keto Flex I lost 2 1/2 pounds.
