My meals are delivered regularly on the same day. The website is easy to manage. The selection of my meals enables me to create an interesting array.

I am enjoying the entrees. The meat, fish or protein selections are not a skimpy bite or two but a good size portion which I have not always found with other food delivery services. I especially enjoy the fish entrees, tilapia and salmon.

I wouldn't have time to make separate high protein meals for myself and cook for my family. This is a great way to have healthy food to grab that is ready to eat in a few minutes. It would be nice to see more of a variety of vegetables. Green beans and broccoli get old after a while. Cauliflower, brussels sprouts (balsamic vinaigrette), squash, carrots, peas, wax beans-there are so many other veggies out there. And a salt free seasoning would go a long way on them too. Seasonings and spices really add to dishes.

I have been subscribed to BistroMD for six months and my health and weight has improved tremendously. I and my PCP are super happy with my medical workup. I want to compliment the chef for the delicious and healthy meal he prepares for us.

I joined BistroMD since I read that you have doctors and dieticians plan the meals, and that you were the best for diabetics. The meals are great. Thanks!
