I bought my first pair of Birdwell Beach Britches in 1973. Bought them from the legendary Bob Steger at Steger Beach Services in Cape May, NJ. After a WAAYYY too long hiatus, I’m back in Birdwells. When I received my order last month, the first item I opened was a classic T-shirt. This tee is a HEAVY WEIGHT garment that just oozes quality. I opted for the 800’s for my shorts and they fit perfectly! Glad to be back in the fold after all these years!!

I love my Birdwell 300s! These trunks are so rad. I do recommend sizing up as I usually wear a 34 in trunks but I am definitely a 36 in Bridwell's.

Trunks fit well in the waist. Inseam too short. No option provided

I got a drawer full of them now. Buying more to rotate them in and out. Solid fabric old school thick but not too heavy very comfortable. For me the XL was a little too big a large fits perfectly. I don’t believe you can find this quality T-shirt many places anymore. I am 6’ 3” 175….

I live Birdwell quality, and bought this Le Mans jacket for my son who loves cars. The double zipper was unexpected and unnecessary though. Since it was hard for even me to do, it has been especially hard for my son who lives with a significant hand tremor due to Turrets. He can zip all his other clothes, but this double zipper takes fine gross motor skills he doesn’t have so he rarely wears it, although he loves it. We’ll probably have to spend more $$ to get it altered.

I got first 300 model,same great quality and durability. one thing I wish is inseam little too short for me wish it was same as 311 model or inch longer,but it’s still my favorite board shorts.

These shorts are great for activities like hiking or walking or as casual wear. Very light within one piece given the lining is sewed into the belt. two slash pockets on the sides, a back pocket with flap plus an added cellphone/etc pocket on the lining. Pull tie waste and a key loop. The fit is good - a looser garment that allows freedom of movement. A good pick up.
