Very simple and painless process to install widescreen Apple CarPlay on a November 2016 M2.

He installed CarPlay fullscreen and repaired my car as some guy messed up. He also enable SLI!!

Instead of Buying CarPlay on the BMW Website for 300$ with splitscreen. Buy this! 50$ for Fullscreen! So much better and it works flawless and exactly the same as the one from BMW. Its just Great.

Awesome update to our 2019 Mini, took about 20 minutes to install now have full CarPlay functionality- local car audio place wanted $700 - thanks to Bimmer Remote got exactly the same product for a fraction of the price. Great responsive service too

Couldn’t connect to idrive store to download CarPlay because of a bad TCU. Plus BMW would have charged over $300 for the app. This was so easy to install with a USB jump drive. Worth every penny!!!

I’ve dreamed of a MINI since I was younger. The opportunity arose for a newer low mileages Countryman Oxford Edition. I almost walked away from it due to lack of navigation! Fantastic! I purchased “BMW Apple CarPlay Lifetime Activation + Fullscreen + Video in Motion + Mirroring × 1. ” I already had Apple CarPlay, but not the fullscreen version. I bought the BimmerCode software to fix it, but it turned out to be impossible because my NBTevo_ version was too old. I spoke twice with the local BMW dealer, but they looked at me like I was speaking Greek and couldn’t help me with the necessary updates. I came across this site by chance through a forum, and I’m not kidding: 15 minutes after finding it, I had fullscreen Apple CarPlay in my car. They sent me the file, I transferred it to a USB stick, plugged it into the car, and voilà!
