As mentioned before, the strap on the back is so loose, I wouldn’t purchase these unless you want to be readjusting the strap every step.

Their customer service is great. The shoe was not comfortable for me and when I returned it they helped me. They made the process easy.

Best ever boots, comfortable and I loved the calf choice. I chose curve which gives me the option if tucking in jeans etc , without the boot being tight. A touch bit loose when wearing them normally but not bad , they are beautiful.
