Lauren at the Robina qld store was so amazing and helpful !! I came into store five minutes before close with an item issue that I hoped to get fixed for an early flight in the morning. I didn’t expect to have much resolution as it was a difficult issue but She was so kind and treated me like she would if I was the first customer of the day not the last on a long day. She helped me straight away and didn’t rush at all, she was so understanding. Definitely will be shopping at billini again as I have fabulous shoes for my event. Thankyou
