This happened to my heels after 2 weeks of owning them. They’re to far gone for me to even replace the rubber heel bit. This has now happened to basically every pair of Billini heels I own, very disappointed for the price I paid and will be the last chance I take on them.

Really not happy with the quality of the boots. The stitching was coming loose when they arrived which is disappointing considering the price. Definitely expected better quality.
