I recently attended the Bankstown store to purchase a pair of shoes. The customer service was great, I explained what I was looking for and the sales person really listened and they understood their stuff. I went there again today, have a different sales person but the same great service. This time I needed a bag. So refreshing.

I was very pleased with the purchase. The shoes arrived in a timely manner, they were well packaged, they felt sturdy during wear and of good, affordable quality. The wide fit was fantastic and none of the straps bothered me or pinched. Now that I know about this online store, the challenges when searching for timeless occasion shoes on this side of the world are sorted.

Rates as 3 as I ordered them online and paid for express post and they took 4 days to arrive (shoes came from Robina and I live in Tugun - both Gold Coast). They arrived just in time for my event but when I tried them on they ran large so had to purchase gel inserts in the hope they would fit. Had they arrived the next business day as promised I could have arranged a replacement 6 in store. Now I’m left with a pair of shoes that cost me express post, cost me inserts for the heels and still too big. I had no choice but to wear them with gel inserts at the special occasion. I called the Robina store and the lady was lovely and tried to find me a size 6 but they were all interstate and would not have arrived in time for my event the next day. I tied to call customer care on your website twice but both times diverted to message bank (apparently the lady in that department is on maternity leave)?. I’ve always been happy with my Billini purchases but this was disappointing. I was going to let it go but since I received this survey I thought I would provide some genuine, honest feedback. Love these shoes! Very comfy!

Bought these for my wedding and the strap broke on both of them after taking about 20 steps in them to walk down the aisle. Incredibly disappointed, if I didn’t pack back up shoes I would have been left with no shoes for my wedding. Such as shame because they are beautiful shoes. Do not recommend

Very good, love the colour, looks the exact same as the picture on the website. A tiny bit small on the sides but otherwise good!
