Great service but your sizes run big. Ordered 5, my normal shoe size, but have now discovered I need a 4. And not all your shoes come in 4 which is so disappointing as I love your shoes.

I really like the shoes, but they hurt my feet because the laces get too tight. It becomes quite painful to wear them. Other than that, the shoes are really nice.
