My order checked out with shop pay which was a bit of a distaste. It auto added some sort of “free returns” that I had to pay for. Ao I wasn’t thrilled about that. And shipping went to the wrong address. I reached out within minutes of placing my order to flag both issues. No one could get my shipping corrected despite the order shipping nearly a week later which was pretty annoying. They stated they’d refund the free returns fee though. For such a huge company I was surprised how poorly the address change was handled.
