I never received package I order on November 25 and got confirmation same day. Has been stuck at warehouse since 28 of November and it is now December 22. Called billabong December 15 still have not received package even after calling.

No refund or exchanges. No number to call

I returned several items because the shipping was delayed, and I wasn't able to use them before my trip. I initiated a return and sent back two of the items when I got home, and I have yet to see a refund in my account. Their products aren't worth the stress.

The pants were great however I paid $25 for overnight shipping and the pants arrived 3 days later and despite spending > 2 hours attempting to get the $25 refunded , there was never a resolution—- terrible customer service

Terrible. You only sent half the order and customer service has done nothing to rectify the situation.
