Unacceptable service – Outstanding refund since August and zero communication I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Billabong. My order was not shipped on time, which prevented me from picking it up, so the parcel was automatically returned to their warehouse. I have been waiting for my refund since August 20th. It has now been well over a month, and customer service has completely ignored every single one of my emails. Failing to process a refund for a returned item within the legally required 14-day window—and completely stonewalling a customer—is unacceptable. I strongly advise caution when ordering from this website. I am now forced to escalate this issue through a payment chargeback and file an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
