Going to give you a 4/5 for one reason. I ordered a Nightingale low D, It was in stock and the order went through. Next day, I received an email telling me that it was out of stock, that should have been known before I paid for it. Otherwise, you offer a great service, and I haven't had a problem since.

I was disappointed with my experience. I returned the Alto G Dixon whistle I'd purchased as I felt the 2nd octave A was unreasonably flat and not correctable by breath control. As the whistle was comparable to the other same-model whistles I couldn't receive a postage refund and also had to pay for return postage (international) - over half the price of the whistle total. I checked the policy and it seems that any dissatisfaction - valid or not, as long as the item isn't broken/faulty - is borne by the customer. I understand that's within the policy, so that's on me, but I'm not impressed by it and will be very careful before purchasing overseas again (expecting not a perfect, but what I would consider is a reasonable build quality).
